Why when you Promote a "New without Tags" item..Ebay puts the condition as "used"
You do this extra charge to.. advance your ..sales. BUT......

Technically, if the tags have been removed, it's considered used.

It depends on the category. Some of your items have 'new without tags' or 'New - other'.
But I'm sure what that has to do with promoting items?
