Yesterday I took a look at my listing 281072500868 and when scrolling down the the Product Reviews, I noticed that there were reviews of another seller's that were not too flattering and I was very concerned as I have had NO business recently at all. I contacted eBay and although the rep was helpful, we could find no way to opt out of the reviews. There had been some old posts with instructions but they no longer work.
Is anyone else concerned about this? I can understand products reviews consisting of my own reviews but when someone else's might cause me to lose business, I think there should be a change.
Any thoughts?

I agree. Much of these product reveiws are not product reveiws at all and can be very misleading. Ebay should scrap them and start fresh. I have searched high and low and have not found any way of removing them from my ads.

The reviews look fine. They seemed to talk about the product versus the seller which is what reviews are for. The reviews are not seller specific. They are about the product.
Good Luck Selling!

Not sure if it will work, but do not use sell similar.
