Good day!
I would be glad to any advice and help.
The situation is this: since September, offers for goods from strange buyers have been received, that is, all of them (at the moment more than 10) are from Singapore, they all have 0 reviews, they all throw offers with the same price as in my ad and they all write this text "http: // .- Seller I try to pay through PayPal same with the Bank account it says that the seller does not accept the payment method for now they send me to this article: http: // offer. ebay.co.uk.seller-centre.gq/?=&trksid=p3692IwAR0lB6Y422LMO0000h "
The first time I suspected nothing and tried to follow the links, but the antivirus program blocked my transition saying that this link carries a threat of data loss. (Please don't follow it !!!)
I accepted 3 such offers, but none of the orders were paid. I wrote them private messages, but never received a response.
I wrote in support of this situation when there were 3 such buyers, but I was told that they had been checked and that everything was fine.
Everything is fine with me with payment, my regular clients do not experience any difficulties.
But I don’t know what to do?
Just today I received 5 offers from such accounts. Everywhere the same text is exactly the same.
If someone from you started with this situation, could you tell me what to do.
I would be glad to any advice.
Have a nice day everyone!
Best regards, Satassar!

And yet they were all registered no more than 1 and 2 days ago. Some were registered on the same day the offer was received.

It is possible that you live in a country that prohibits receiving funds from/through PayPal and that your potential buyers cannot use that form of payment. It is also possible that the buyers are attempting to run some type of scam. If they are making offers that are equal to your asking price they could simply purchase the item without having to make an offer. The situation smells fishy and I would simply ignore the offers. If you accepted and the buyer does/has not paid after 4 days you can simply cancel the order because the buyer has not paid and relist the item with no penalty and the buyer receives a strike.

Thanks a lot for your advice. Yes, indeed the price does not differ even by 1 cent. I think to add and
these buyers are blacklisted.

This smacks of \\\\\ DANGER ////. And as self preservation is a main concern here I would ignore and put them on your BB list, as they're nonsense comes in. Your store is full of very eclectic and interesting items, and are presented well. You have items that would certainly find favor to somebody in that part of the world. Still, there are just too many anomalies, oddities, and strange behavior warning signs here. Anymore, as sellers are but babes in the woods, with exposed underbellies, when it comes to sketchy would-be buyers.....if in doubt, shut them out!

Report, block and ignore future correspondence with these types.

What does "blacklisted" mean? And, if it means what it should, then how are "blacklisted" bidders able to buy?
You do know that you're not required to accept offers, right? You do not even have to respond.

Thanks for your reply)
There is a section for setting up an account --- setting up sales --- a list of blocked customers. If you enter the username there, then he will not be able to buy from you or make any offers.
Yes, I understand that I don’t need to answer, but their activity is very alarming, I think they can change the password. And I heard somewhere that it seems desirable not to ignore the proposals, but at least somehow to respond. And it seems like this is being hailed by Ebay. I honestly don't know ...

You may have different eBay rules in Russia, but any offer I receive that mentions offsite messaging, too high a price, want to send somewhere else - Ignore, report to eBay, block
I have been imported from Australia and this is my posting ID

Thanks for the advice)
Indeed, some buyers want to engage in off-site dialogue, but it really isn't worth it.
