Problem #1 - My product pictures appear blurry in Firefox:

Not sure how long this has been going on, just noticed it. It generally appears if the product is a bright color. The thumbnail picture is blurry, the enlarged picture appears fine.

The pictures appear normal in Edge, not sure about Chrome or other browsers.

Problem #2 - Firefox displays the product description in several formats:

Sometimes they appear as they should. But often the description is shrunk to 3 inches wide and super tall, making the buyer scroll down to read the whole thing. Super annoying.

Any help with either problem appreciated.

I'm on firefox and don't see thumbnails as blurry.......

When I get that description problem......it's usually that firefox needs an update........or the update hasn't been processed yet by Ebay (I'm guessing) and it straightens out in refreshing the page or after a day or two.

I was using Firefox for a while and all these odd things started happening to my listings. The font was all on the left hand side, trying to sell similar I got this long page of confusion that would take me the whole day to list an item. I was also using Firefox because I tweet my listings and it was taking forever on Chrome.

I'm back on Chrome and everything seems to be in order...so far. Give it a shot and see if it works for you..

I'm not worried about myself using Firefox, as I am aware of the 2 issues above. I'm more concerned that buyers using Firefox will be discouraged from purchasing due to the technical issues....

No, it's fine...........the edges are clearly defined.....color is bright.

I use Firefox and the pics in that listing look fine to me. Actually, very good. Sharp and crisp.

thank you. Must be a problem with my PC. I'll uninstall and reinstall Firefox...

They did have an update for me in the last 24 hours. You shouldn't have to uninstall. And I've never seen these issues on Firefox, by the way. I wonder if your PC has an issue, but it sounds weird.
