Is this happening to anyone else? How did you solve it?
Background: All my listings are GSP only for international sales. All my listings are in the Buy It Now/Maker Offer format. When an international buyer uses BIN, all works as planned. If they make an offer instead, and I accept it, GSP disappears. Instead, I hear from the buyer to send an invoice using non GSP shipping (USPS, etc.). If I don't hear from them, and try to send an invoice, the invoice asks me to pick a shipping service (Global Shipping Program is not included). This has happened to me about 5 times in the last few months. Each time, I void the sale. What is happening?
