I set up a "buy 2+ for $5.15 shipping" promo on all coins, tokens and military stuff (basically in every category in my store that's a continent.) When I click on the promo it tells me it can't find the promotion. But it appears to be set up fine, expiring in December.
Does it take time for this to start working?
I can't see the banner in my listings that say you can buy 2+ items for a flat shipping fee of $5.15. Because I'm located in Canada, the promo shouldn't show up for me, but when I went and changed my shipping location to USA it still didn't come up. I tried both Edge and FireFox browsers.
It's pretty important that buyers know they aren't being charged shipping on each item so that they get multiples at one time. But my last promo expired in June and I forgot to extend it, so I just started a new one.
