Ive been selling on ebay for a long time. Ive never been so frustrated.
1)I have a store and get so many listings with no insertion fee. In recent days its been inaccurately charging me .30 for insertion fees on every single item getting relisted and when I try to list anything new its charging me .30. These are completely bogus charges. The only response I get is "yes your right, it should not be charging you. We dont know why its doing this or how to fix it."
2)Next problem, its telling me I have unsold items that havent been relisted, then when I manually relist the items it tells me its a duplicate listing!
3) Ive sold multiple items and not been paid for them because of all these bogus insertion fees I should have never been charged in the first place. What a complete nightmare!!!
What happened to customer service? Yes we are overcharging you all these bogus insertion fees and we dont know how to fix the problem and have no ETA on when it will be fixed. Disaster!!!!!
Is anyone else having these issues?
