Printing Packing Slips not working today?

I have not been able to print packing slips this morning for my sales that I am trying to ship. I have retried multiple times for over an hour

Do you have to send a packing slip OR could you just ship the item?

I never include a packing slip and when I buy I dont receive one 75% of the time.

Maybe just skip it until its working again?

Mine aren't printing either.

I like to include them for several reasons - in case the outer label is damaged for instance

Guess I'll have to skip them for today.

eBay confirmed there is a site wide tech ticket open on this issue. Until it's fixed you can either skip using packing slips, or use a different option like the pick list.

Go to the bulk labels page: https://www.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk

On the top left click "print pick list" - you can use that as a substitute for the packing slip until eBay fixes the problem.

I was able to print the first packing slip earlier this morning.  I can't print the remainder, the page won't  load.  I tried 3 different browsers(Edge, Chrome & Firefox), as well as trying to print them through 'my ebay shipping labels' in my HUB, no luck at all.  I resorted to printing a screen shot of the item, as well as including my business card.  I hope ebay finds a fix soon.

If anyone is still having issues with a packing slip, just write it out (and include it) so your package has your contact info if something happens to the label.

If the concern is exterior label damage @chevymontecarlo88 , all you need to do is print a duplicate shipping label and stick it inside the package.

I'm going to wait it out, at least for this morning, because I know the first truck out from our local post office isn't until about 3:00 p.m. this afternoon anyway.

If that deadline is getting a little too close for comfort, I'll improvise some alternate packing slip for each of my packages instead. A minor annoyance overall, but reinforces my standing complaint about the lack of testing of new revisions on this site.

   One fellow seller took me to task on my response to another post two days ago regarding my dumping eBay's shipping/labeling system 15 years ago and going over to the reliability of stamps dot com. I see eBay still has a good dose of the unreliability and downtime which caused me to do the change back then.

   Ebay is great for my sales business model, but there are much better and more reliable shipping/labeling services out there.

I really don't think its a concern as much as a way to work around issues.

I think the point is that there are other options if you can't print it out that can still work. And since they are writing it out, they can add some personalization like a thank you note. No need to waste labels when a piece of paper can solve it and/or give them a chance to say thanks.

What worked for me yesterday was, use the drop down menu under view order details and pick print packing slip and more then it let me print it from there.

I got the invoice/slip to print after the label was created. Go into Orders, on the menu pull down for the item you shipped, select print packing slip. Good Luck!

devon@ebay , @wastingtime101 : YES! That does work, right now, even though the original bug remains via the link off of the Ship your order page.

The "Print packing slip and more" link in the Action pulldown menu of the Sold items page, similar to that of the Order Details page, also leads to a working Packing Slip function.

I suggested that on this thread (link) and you said, "Unfortunately that is my regular page for printing the packing slips and labels, and the packing slip problem is happening there."

I'm getting such mixed answers from people. Some have been telling me since last night that option does work and others are saying it doesn't.
