Yes, it is still showing for many of us, but the program has ended.  E-Bay sent emails out in May letting everyone know it is ending and morphing into the already established TRS program.

What country are you in? Many of your listings for electrical items show that they are 220 volts, but you are listing them on the US market, where our voltage is 120 volts.

yes, it is. These days there are very few 120V items in our inventory. so we ended some listings.
