Potential For Trouble

Guys,

Hoping that someone here can help me with this one...  I recently sold a car part to a fellow in New Zealand and he had me ship it to some location in Erlanger, KY relater to eBay's global shipping program.  He emailed yesterday claiming that I sent a completely different part from what he bought.  I have asked three times now for him to please send me pictures of the item that he claims to have received because I am positive that he was sent the correct item.  The reason I am so certain he was sent the correct item is because I had two of the same part listed at the same time, only one was missing a small spring, so I was extra cautious when I pulled it from inventory to be sure I didn't send the wrong one.  I also remember having a discussion with my son who was boxing the items as to what size box he should use to be sure it didn't get damaged.  I could not be more certain that he was shipped the correct part.

So what recourse do I have in this situation?  Here's a guy half way around the world claiming that I sent him something completely different that what he bought, and so far won't send me pictures of what he claimed to have received.  How do I prevent this from turning into bad feedback or a claim with PayPal?

Thanks,

Ryland Relics

Potential For Trouble

Well alls well that ends well... Just keep in the back of your mind GSP is a stick of dynomite that will go off sooner or later just a matter of time. I quit selling international due to the customs hangers and when GSP came along that solved that problem and only took buyers a couple years to figure out a work around for free stuff...
