How can I email ebay about a possible scammer?

This guy had the nerve to tell me he didn't have paypal in his country (Turkey) and wanted my banking info!  Also, one page says he's located in U.S. another  says he's in Turkey!!

"Well, some of us have larger worlds than others."

After the identity theft of my larger world complacency, Oh how I miss wiring funds without pause, having been betrayed, trust shattered, broken heart...

...I sit humbled, downsized in my small peasant world with my wee mind and diminutive insignificant thoughts; I live on a sliver of land, off grid, in the forest, in a tiny house, with my pint-sized son, a petite friend, and a miniature poodle;  I cook little meals on an teensy fire out back near the outhouse, by the chickens, to feed my itty-bitty Lilliputian friends with their minuscule appetites; then off to work on my minibike,  to serve the large people in their even larger worlds, to earn my keep and a nod.

Especially I long for the former large life, the grandiosity and pomp of grand dinner parties, arriving in coach, drawn by eight white horses!

Alas, if it weren't for the little joy garnered from my itty-bitty flower garden and small pony...I shudder to think.

LOL 😂 😂😂😂😂😂

But, wow. That must be rough. I have 9 matching white horses and a mastiff that barely fits in my hillside mansion. He can’t fit in my Alpha Romeo, either, and he’s too spoiled to walk. So, I just airlift him in to my private landing pad.... where the butler has gourmet biscuits waiting on a silver tray.

Meanwhile, I’ll just continue to trust the international wire system.

Most USA banks (Wells Fargo, TD Bank, Santander, Citizens, CitiBank) still charge high fees for incoming wire transfers. $15 - $25 is typical.

A little off topic ... but i have a supplier in Amsterdam. They do not accept PayPal or credit cards. The first few times i ordered from them i sent a wire transfer from my bank, but it was too costly.  I now send them cash (Euros) in a envelope. Very risky but i've been doing business with them for years and never had a problem.

Wire transfers are still common enough in Europe but they're a hassle here.  I used to wire money to Australia before Paypal days and have done it periodically since then.  It's expensive.  See if your Turkish buyer has an on-file US address - I've sold things to people in Turkey who get them delivered to shipping firm dockside in NYC - that gets around the paypal problem.

@wesk_36- I get a little comfort from my pet paper clip.  It's all I have. My world is so...so small.  I don't even sell Important Things.

Perhaps I’m missing something but how would having a US address help the op’s buyer? They still would not have a way to pay the seller.
