I have a buyer who has a shipping address, both in EBAY and PayPal of Inglewood, California...
But the buyer is pretty adamant about getting it shipped NEXT DAY EXPRESS (I usually only offer USPS PRIORITY) to Warren, Michigan...
I want to look at buyer's feedback, but I can't figure how...
What are the possibilities here?? I don't want to make waves and offend a buyer but I also don't want to aid someone who may have hacked someone else's account..
Any assistance would be most appreciated...

}}}}}}With the low price fraud is not as likely. They may be purchasing for a relative or using you as a drop shipper to send a "replacement" part to a buyer.{{{{{
Now, THAT's reasonable.. I could easily see that happening...

It comes down to the following choices-
- Invoice the buyer for Express shipping through PayPal and ship knowing you're taking a risk with an INR claim and potentially a claim on the shipping amount, as well.
- Cancel using problem with address, relist the item and have the buyer re-purchase using their correct address. Either stick to Priority or offer Express- but make sure the buyer is aware how long it can take. Maybe send them a link to the USPS announcement
- Cancel using problem with address and block the buyer if your gut is steering you away from the transaction.
- Ship the item to the address on the order using the method stated on the listing- though this is pretty pointless since the buyer already made it clear they don't want it shipped there.
You asked a few times about feedback- click on the buyer's ID and you can find their feedback from there. In addition to looking for a large gap for a potentially hacked account, take a look at the 'feedback left for others' tab to see if there are any signs of scamming.

OK I finally figured out how to see buyers FEEDBACK listings. He has purchases from the past month, so it's unlikely to be an abandoned/hacked account.
And he has a couple sales of TV Parts, so it's, looking more likely of a drop-ship arrangement to one of HIS customers.. Maybe he sold an identical part and it didn't work so he bought mine to ship to his customer...
I am going to contact him, make note of the different addresses and get his side.. If he claims it's a drop ship arrangement, I'll likely follow thru after informing him that there really isn't NEXT DAY available due to C-19.. USPS PRIORITY is likely the fastest way...
Thanx again for all the idea and help.. VERY much appreciated...

I tried to edit the above, but I ran out of time..
Forget everything I just said up there...
Comparing the person MSGing me and the listed BUYER of the item...
Not sure if this is kosher or not.. Moderators, please modify if not allowed..
tda8916-h9a2bcy is the person who is EBAY MSGing me..
monto1976 is the listed user ID of the BUYER
That mucks things up even more for me now...

Actually that clears things up completely.
Buyer A should be added to your block list and reported to eBay. Do not respond to any of their messages.
Ship the item to Buyer B- your legit buyer- using Priority as stated on your listing.

SCAM
The scammer was hoping you wouldn't verify this, so you would ship the part to him. He asked for express so by the time you figured out it was a scam, the package would have already been delivered and unable to be recalled. The original buyer has nothing to do with this.
The scammer would have gotten the item, the buyer would have filed an item not received claim, and you would have gotten screwed.

It's not kosher to name names, but you did it and I saw, so I'm going to tell you that the person messaging you did not buy the item. They are scamming you. They want it overnight so you can't recall it when you realize this happened.
Ignore everything that person messaging you has said and just ship your item to your buyer in California.
