I just had a great positive experience with a jewel of a buyer who has come back numerous times to buy from us. She has left the most glowing feedback we have ever had on here and we need to focus on all these positive interactions with our repeat buyers. I am so very grateful for people such as this who have found us and Ebay.

I love your post. I feel exactly the same way about my customers. Many of them send me a message before leaving such wonderful feedback. Some of them, I have become lifelong friends with. It can be very humbling to know how much you have helped someone and in some cases, made their lives so much better with just a smile that shines through a conversation. That is great vintage, I don't want to jinx myself, but I have been fortunate enough to have lovely buyers and sellers.

Things for the most part are pretty laid back over here where I am so perhaps patience comes with relaxation LOL
