Positive Comment with a Negative Feedback!

I received a Negative Feedback, with Positive comment

and I want to know how can I tell the buyer to change it ? or what i have to do ?

Contact ebay and point out it's obviously a mistake. I've heard that it occassionally works,otherwise you contact the buyer and ask them to do a revision. Don't send out a revision form unless it is agreed to in advance. You only get a few each year.

CS might remove it on grounds of a mistake, but just in case, you can then message the buyer and explain what happened and ask if he would help you by doing a feedback revision.  Once he agrees, then you can send the feedback revision request to him.  Good Luck!

The OP is registered in Morocco, but listing states AZ. I’m not sure where they a located or if they can call CS.
