Pop up screen disappears when I try to add in item specifics on e-bay.

Has anyone else had this issue lately when you go to add in item specifics for sport cards as soon as I start adding them in the screen disappears.  I use Google chrome and was wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I do not use a pop up blocker or VPN service. Its just getting aggravating lately and there is nothing about this on the announcements page. I would call e-bay but that is almost impossible considering e-bay does not allow sellers to choose technical problems from the list they provide. Just wondering if it has something to do with Google?

Also a sports card seller and have had no problems listing with item specifics.    Usually the listings give me an option to have most of the specifics filled in.  I've found that if you have specifics in your listings title it will give you the auto fill in option.   Hope this helps.  Best of luck.

Thank you for your reply. I called e-bay that day and was told they were having technical problems with item specifics. She wrote up a ticket for the tech department and told me to wait 24 to 48 hours and the problem should be resolved. I asked her why there was nothing about this on the announcements page and she giggled. Not sure why but that's the truth. I still get that pop up disappearing when I am on my selling page and I am trying to add item specifics so I guess they still have not fixed it yet.

I get this some days. Type in or select the Team, click Add. It shows up with the checkbox checked. Two seconds later it disappears.
