Does anyone know what years and months of Playboy mags CAN NOT be sold.   I have a group of 1970 playboys and worried they will hit me for a specific month.   If anyone knows about the 1970 PBs please let me know.

they are vintage so listing as such, in the proper category will flag them for adult verification required to view - outside of that I am not aware with any issues restricted in that manner.

Playboy doesn't have any issues that are outright illegal to own or sell as only a handful of models with fake paperwork ever appeared in the magazine and none of those ever posed in a "sexually explicit manner". 

December 1984 issue of Penthouse is one you should throw away if you ever find it. I am not aware of any other specific issues of anything mainstream that ended up illegal later.

I actually have no idea of the current rules on ebay for selling such things, I would actually just suggest craigslist.

I am not sure where they are getting their information from, and I do not condone minors in ANY publication, but I did receive this for these issues recently (new policy) that are subject to removal:

Somewhere around here I have the 'hitlist' (it is rather extensive spanning 12-14 years but I can tell you many of the January issues have nudity on the cover in the little frames on the wall.
Even a "peek" merits removal.....if I can find my list I will post it for you.
