Photo trouble

Hey there, I am having an issue with my photos. They will upload and all, but then there is no way to continue with the listing, like no done or continue button anymore, it’s gone. So then I try to exit the app and try again, but then it happens again and I am left with a draft with no photos. I’m not sure if that makes sense but is this an update problem? I have turned my phone off and on, deleted and reinstalled the app and also have plenty of storage, help!!

Have you tried adding your photos to the draft?

That’s a great thought, I have tried that and I end up at the same point with no option to move forward in the listing, that’s why I feel stuck!

I am having the same trouble today. Curious what kind of phone you have. I have an iPhone 6 SE. wondering if my phone is too old.

I find it amazing that anyone can ever run their Ebay business using the app.

You'd probably be a lot better off transferring your photos from your phone to your desktop computer if you have one and doing your listings from there, rather than messing around with the eBay app.

I have an XR, my mom does eBay as well and has an older phone but has not had my problem so it’s odd
