As downunder-61 stated you will need to utilize the postal service out of Sri Lanka and if there is a handoff to another carrier for the international leg it will need to be one of the carriers that is integrated with eBay. You can find that list in the following help file.
You are in Sri Lanka, if you are shipping to Peru you need to ship from your post office and then upload the tracking number they give you into the eBay tracking details.
