Permanent Restriction

I would love to know if anyone here has gotten a permanent restriction removed. For 8 years I have had this ebay account. 4 of which I was selling full time. One night I got an email saying to prove delivery of goods. So I did for all 250+ orders I had delivered recently. I was then asked to provide a few things like ID, Bank Statements, supplier invoices, and proof of tracking. I did ALL OF THIS. Denied by ebay. Chatted them said what was wrong with the stuff I submitted. They said I was missing the back photo of my license. So I responded with the back of my license along with all other documents. Next day I get hit with “Your account is permanently restricted from selling on Ebay”. Numerous hours have been spent getting the same generic answers from all ebay representatives. I’m sick and tired of this stress. Someone please help if you can

I looked at one of your listings and you were selling other items like KETO pills..or something like that without a listing? How were you selling these?

It is what eBay lovingly calls a ''glitch'' when infact it is a disaster for many.

May be the Keto thing, but more likely what has been reported across the boards for a while now, although eBay insists it was fixed a week ago, who knows anymore?

It has been reported in the last week that eBay inadvertently suspended sellers who were in good standing. Contact eBay for business Facebook and send a private message briefly stating the facts. Ask if you were accidentally restricted. 

What does your dashboard say about falling below standard, or what was your standing? Have you had any recent policy violations? Have you had any temporary suspensions? Sorry for all the questions, but the more you tell us, the better the chances of us helping you.

Are you drop shipping some products from China? One of the complaints you had in feedback was in regard to slow shipping by DHL and it took 16 days. Do you reside in another country?

my standing is above standard still. I always was above standard or top rated

also i had no violations warnings or holds at all until one night everything fell apart

Sold keto so long ago and they were all delivered. 99% of my orders were delivered without problem…

I sold those so long ago. I knew someone who had a bunch so I got deals from them.

Definitely contact eBay for Business on Facebook - you may have gotten caught in this.

I will definitely add this to my message with them. They even told my mother she could not make an ebay account because she knew me and lived in the same household. Ebay is horrendous

Yes, i am afraid that, once restricted, all accounts in close relation to yours also get banned.

Ya it’s awful especially when they give no reason to the restriction but are happy to allow me to buy because they want our money
