@jjsifo

No. No more paypal, only to pay for items.  Almost 2 years now.  Here's what you do if you're going to start selling:

There's still a PayPal.

Buyers use it all the time.

I still use PayPal to pay. Gotta have Managed Payments to sell, though.

I was just as upset when car builders  stopped having 3 speed manual transmissions with the

gearshift on the steering column.

Well , I hate automatic transmissions, specially those not so new CVT's.Always go with 4 or 6 speed manual.As far as Paypal goes I have been selling on ebay since 2007 and no problems. Stopped selling a couple years ago and now this. Just sold an item and have a hold on my funds, with 100% good feedback. Let's see what ebay comes up with.

For some reason, eBay allows items to be listed and sold before the seller is set up to accept the payment.

You will need to connect a checking account in order to be paid.
Without that, you will have to wait for eBay to send the proceeds from your sale to your states unclaimed funds. At that time you will be able to apply to the state to get your money.

Even if you are set up for Managed Payments, eBay will hold funds for 30 days. They do this for all infrequent sellers.

No need to wait to see what they do. Until you are set up for Managed Payments, the payment will be on hold indefinitely.

Also please note: buyers can’t get negatives, only GTC for fixed price listings, and eBay charges fees on shipping and sales tax.

I just saved you a ton of reading on this board.

That too?

No paypal for sellers, no negs for buyers, FVF on sales tax and shipping. We need to start a class action law suite!
