Paypal used to release funds immediately. I think that included a minimal fee.
(The class action suit against Paypal changed that. Many moons ago Paypal
would take up to 4-6 days to release funds).
Ebay payouts take days (2-3 days depending on holidays and weekends).
But if you opt in Ebay will release funds within 30 minutes with a MINIMUM charge of 25cents
per transaction.
Unless of course this has changed?

I have instant payouts. I signed up for "Tuesday payouts". eBay doesn't charge a lot for the release of funds in minutes. It's almost like Pay Pal in the past. I find it handy and easy to do once you can enroll in it. Yea, those holidays and weekends took a long time to finally get the funds....so that's why I signed up.

I always wondered about why this line is even mentioned/acknowledged in the help pages:
=======================
Tip
If we place a hold on your funds, it will usually be resolved within 30 days, but in rare circumstances it may take longer. For most orders, adding tracking information can help you receive your funds faster. eBay does not earn interest on held funds.
=======================
Now I know why.........
That may in fact be true but remember eBay is NOT the financial processor under MP Adyen is. Just as PayPal was before MP. Get eBay or Adyen to publically disclose that neither of them earn interest on escrowed funds. If Adyen is not earning interest on their cash then they are a poorly ran company.

Are you speaking of 'Payouts on demand'? If so, it's covered here. >> Getting paid for items you've sold | eBay
