Payoneer login issues

Hi all,

After not using Payoneer for  few months I logged in but was told my password had expired. I performed a password reset but it is not accepting my security questions which are to the best of my knowledge correct.

Im at a loose end now as the security questions cannot be reset. If anyone has encountered this and found a workaround please do let me know.

Im finding Payoneer very counter intuitive to work with compared to other platforms.

I would try getting this corrected with Payoneer. Maybe try their Help pages or CS?

eBay and Payoneer are 2 different companies.

Very few people on the .com US site use Payoneer. I see you are in South Africa.

I used to use Paypal but after some time off ( a few years ) I returned and discovered that I was expected to use Payoneer as my default for Ebay transactions. At least for my region South Africa this was required.

Ive reported the matter to Payoneer and tried my best with the help pages but its turned into a bit of a loop with the security questions issue. I am aware that Ebay and payoneer are seperate entities. 

I just feel a bit worried as I see a lot of people are having similiar issues and hoping someone can shed some light on it.
