Does anyone know of any way to receive your money, other than authorize.net, cybersource, or PayPal? I have sold about a hundred items over 60 days, all positive feedback, and paypal's "computer algorithm" marks all my listings as high-risk, like A Little Golden Book, a pair of Spanx, a toy car, etc.  I've "graduated" to where money will automatically be available, except the six items I've sold since then have been marked high-risk so 21 days or call 3 times a day and have 3 reps tell me 3 different things. There has to be a way to get your money without PayPal. Cybersource says authorize.net is appropriate for my business. Authorize.net is not an option.

Congratulations on getting off to such a great start.  The Holds policy for releasing new sellers requires 90 days from your first sale.  After that, the holds should be gone. Whether or not the holds policy is applied to a sale depends on whether the policy was in place when the listing began.  So if you have recently "graduated' from the holds policy, there will still be older listings that are affected.

IMHO you should not waste time calling customer support.  It would be easier for you to wait out the 30 extra days.  eBay's accepted payments policy doesn't mention authorize.net.

Thank you. I did speak with eBay, just in case, and he informed me of the 90 day period. I hope I don't experience any problems after that. The representative said they are working on adding another method not related to PayPal.

Don't worry anything they add will be just as screwed up if not more than Paypal.

I hope not. IMO, PayPal has been the most difficult, incompetent company I have ever had to deal with. They don't know their left hand from their right. All their fake reviews on Facebook, **bleep**. The eBay rep even said my issue is a common problem. I hope this is resolved when my 90 days are up. PayPal doesn't have to wait for their cut of my money.

@orange_city_vintage FYI, the 21-day hold on funds is not a PayPal policy, it's imposed by eBay to help ensure a seller is trustworthy and delivers great service to buyers on the site.

Yeah, which boggles my mind as I have sold hundreds and only have 5 star reviews
