PayPal Shipping Label Issue

I made a new PayPal account and eBay is still charging my old PayPal account when I create labels. I saw an older forum post about terminating "eBay Inc Shipping" but I am not seeing that option anywhere in PayPal. Any help to fix this would be much appreciated.

did you link the new account to the old listings?

Yes, I linked the new account to the listings.

Log in to your old PayPal account.
Click Profile at the top of the page.
Click My money.
Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
Select eBay Inc Shipping.
Click Close all my accounts.
