Pausing my account

Can someone tell me how to go about pausing my eBay sellers account without closing it. Ive  been dealing with some health issues and I just don’t have the energy to focus on both. I tried asking thru the virtual assistant but it couldn’t understand what I was asking. I would like to pause my account for 3 months for me to get thru all of my appointments and tests. Is this possible or do I need to just close my account. I appreciate any help on this matter.

You have no active listings so there is nothing to pause.

Click on "My Account" and under "Selling" click on "Time Away" and set it there.

You will still pay for your store subscription even if you have no listings.

 You might want to cancel  that if it is worth it.

Otherwise, your account will be fine if you are not listing.

Just cancel your Store subscription, and concentrate on your health.  Take as long as you need.
