Today when I make the defect removal, due to my account has lots of defect, and I just make a defect appeal template, if same reason, I just copy and paste, After lot of the appeal request, suddenly I got this message.
As you were browsing eBay, something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen:
And then ebay does not allow me the make the appeal of defect, even contact bay, ebay also does not allow me to do it. How should I do now?

I cannot answer your question but......
I do not understand how your account is still active.

Yikes. You probably should focus more time on avoiding defects than trying to figure out how to make appealing them more efficient.

The problem is on the computer you are using.
Use another if you cannot correct the problem. There is a good chance that your browser is the source of you problem communicating with Ebay.
When listing your ancient hardware for sale, a warning to buyers that the price is low because the hardware is old and cannot be updated with recent software required to operate in many situations. It could help avoid the nasty FB you have been getting.

I had the same issue back when they had the label issue where the tracking number stated delivered once the label was purchased. Tried to appeal the defects but the system doesn't give me the option. I would say wait until the next cycle and see if you can appeal the defect then. I landed up getting a ticket for the technician to look at this situation. It's probably wide spread.

I like the reply that says "you are the only one to complain" amongst the 49 other complaints. LOL

I guess when you get so many defects you need a streamlined way to contest them.
Makes perfect sense. 😉

The OP has a much more serious problem. I think you misunderstood.

If you are getting that many Defects, I'm unsure how you are "appealing" them and getting them removed. Or are you using the word "Defects" differently that Ebay does?
A Defect will appear on your Seller Dashboard, when you don't ship on time, and a few other categories we as seller are evaluated on every month on the 20th for the period ending the previous month.
https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard?region=US
If you are using the word to mean something else, please tell us how you are defining it so we know what you are actually referring to in your post.
As to your computer issues. I thing the advice that @tobaccocardyahoo gave you is a great place to start.

An adage from way back (am a '44 model) - might apply here - "It takes all kinds to make the world go around."
