I keep getting an underpayment fee to pay from Packlink for parcels sent by UPS
I know that when sent that the weight was correct and within the size limit.
if you try to question someone you are directed to a site/ page that
just buffers your request and goes nowhere, also, for proof you
have to send a picture of said parcel with a ruler etc by it, I do not
own a time machine, and have not the time to make one.
anyone else suffering this dilema?
I will not be using UPS through Packlink again.

you are in the UK...........this is the US board....... we don't have Packlink......so might be better to post on the UK board.
