Hello everyone!

I send a package to USA and it got turned back with a sticker that says:

Return to sender

Insufficient Address

Unable to forward.

I did put the address that the buyer had written!

Also this buyer was buying from me first time ever on ebay and it got the first review from me!

What am I supposed to do now?

You owe $13, eBay is refunding the other $3.

Did you place the address that you were given by here? Or that the customer told you to send it to?

I put the address that buyer had on his shipping address,like all the other buyers I have send packages to!

I've send nearly 100 packages!I did not have problems like this!

Tell them they need to check address on the account, I think there has been a change to something there and it's done some unnoticed changes to addresses..

We had a buyer asking why we changed the address for an order..we can't.

We have had returns out of the blue starting to show up as (insufficient address) because after looking into it we found that the return address was not matching our shipped address..

Was working fine for so long, they fixed it.

I would refund everything minus the amount the buyer paid for shipping. Ebay will refund a portion of the FVF fee. I would eat the difference between the amount of the FVF fees eBay refunds and the amount eBay charged me.

If you try to recapture every penny on the sale, It's going to look to the buyer like you shafted him. The buyer might understand not getting the shipping back due to his mistake. He won't understand why he didn't get the whole item price since you got the item back. Additionally, because eBay is going to refund a portion of the FVF fee, if you refund refund the way you plan, you would actually come out ahead and that's not fair to the buyer.
