I'VE BEEN TRYING TO SEND A CUSTOMER AN INVOICE FOR TWO DAYS!! I keep getting an error message 'something went wrong - try again later' !!! Called ebay's Customer Service and was told that the reason was because they don't have shipping address for this customer!!!!! I asked them to reach out for him and get one so I can complete the sale.....the response, 'We don't do that - you have to do it'!!! So 'I' had to send him a message telling him to update his address!! I then checked his feedback record and he has made 81 purchases in the past 30 days with feedback received....YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN'T JUST LOOK-UP THIS INFORMATION ......HE'S GOT ALMOST 2500 FEEDBACKS!!! I was even told that I CAN CANCEL THE ORDER!! It's sad when CUSTOMER SERVICE refuses to give any SERVICE when you call (which isn't the norm....normally they do a great job). So now I guess I sit and wait to see if the customer gives them his address.....THAT THEY ALREADY HAVE!!

I'm having the problem. It's not because of your customer's address. It's a technical problem with Ebay that's been going on for days. I've spoken to Ebay three times trying to explain my problem. Even spoke to a supervisor. Apparently they're aware of the problem but no one can tell me when the issue will be resolved. It's really hurting my business. It's beyond frustrating.

sounds like the buyer is not registered, but not sure how they can have feedback. Have they left feedback for sellers or have any active listings?

Thanks gotoguys2000.....for some reason ebay won't let them combine shipping....they charge full shipping for each item purchased...we can only adjust shipping on our end, and that's the U.S. shipping part, which in very small compared to what ebay is charging them for International. I thought the problem was only on my end, but I see you have it too. I hope ebay fixes this, it's starting to get expensive for me to lose these sales.

sextons-sweet-deals....this guy was a customer a couple of years ago...he purchased a few times....that was before the 'New and Improved ebay International Shipping' was implemented. I've told them many times.......IF IT AIN'T BROKE....DON'T FIX IT!
