Possible options:
Use a different eBay account than others in your family for future searches or purchases.
Set a different page as your eBay landing page or browser home page.
Use the element hiding tool of an ad blocker to block that portion of the page from appearing in your browser.
If you have an ad blocker installed in your browser, try adding this rule to your custom filters or rules:

Well, to find pictures of naked girls on your welcome page, after only viewing auto parts, would be a surprise. Of course, if you bought something automotive related from a pinup girl seller, maybe it is possible.
Please remember that eBay will show you suggested items based on what you view, or what is viewed on your account. It isn't necessary that you buy something in an adults-only category, only that you visit such items. Perhaps someone in your family is the culprit.
Regardless, I'm not sure how eBay is at fault.

ABSOLUTELLY NOT ! I did not view anything like that. Not adult categories or anything like that.

I look at automotive body tools, especially old school tools and I have never been shown porn pics afterwards.

@eburtonlab same thing happened to me.
The issue seems to be the word "body"
eBay seems to send you "items" you might like to buy with the same search words.
I was looking for a camera body for my son and now I get pinup girls and ....
I am hoping if I search for something else this will time out and go away.
I dont think there is a way to tell eBay to stop. I also get spammed by emails "are you still interested" if I just looked at something. If I was interested I would have bought it.
Good Luck !

I did not say it was you. But, take my home screen - all stuff I’ve bought, looked at, or related to my recent searches or purchases:
eBay isn’t full of idiots - they know what is searched from your account, and acts accordingly. No one is judging you, or accusing you of anything.

I thought the nudity section of the adult category had been shut down.

I'm sorry you have that coming up.
The Ebay program to show similar is way off if you ask me.

2 days ago I shopped Charming Chatty Cathy doll outfits. Yesterday my front page was filled with listings for toilet paper. As were the top several spots in the returned search results. I neither viewed nor ever purchased any toilet paper on Ebay. All were sponsored. I think the algorithm is screwy in my opinion.

Thank you. That might be the reason but adult is adult! Nude is Nude ! and they should know better.

Happens to me a lot as well... I have been selling off my personal lapel pin collection over the last year or so about 100,000 pins... When I try and research prices and the word "Pin" is in the search box... I get Pin Up girl adds all the time with nudity... I just ignore but it is frustrating..

eBay isn’t full of idiots - they know what is searched from your account, and acts accordingly.
I would not say that eBay is full of idiots, but many of the routines used to suggest items of interest are based on fairly simplistic text matching, or on items that others purchased after making similar keyword searches. Sometimes that works, but sometimes it can fail spectacularly.
eBay once suggested that I might be interested in neckties based upon the fact that I used the word "tie" as a search term in an industrial category -- in fact, I was using that keyword as an exclusion term to avoid listings with tie in the title.
Suggestions of sellers to buy from can be even more inappropriate, as many sellers sell a wide variety of items, and just because a seller sells an item in one category you might have been interested in does not mean that you are necessarily interested in the same seller's items in a different category.
It may not be necessary to search for or view adult items to get such search suggestions to appear, unfortunately. Although I do not know if eBay specifically avoids recommending items in that particular category, some sellers may list such items in other, less appropriate categories.

Someone clicked something and they are just not admitting it to you. Another thing is every so often a porn seller shows up complaining about Ebay. If you click on their selling activity that can do it. All I can say is stay away from porn post complainers.
