Lately I almost don't want to view details of a listing because it will probably generate an offer! Too many offers clutter my summary page and the only way to get rid of them quickly is to "decline" them. Does the seller know your identity when you decline their offer?
You do not have to decline an offer you receive you can simply ignore and delete it. I get unsolicited offers all the time and simply delete them. I have a filter in my email to automatically move them to trash.
