I have a buyer that claims that they did not receive an order that I shipped out on 10/14.
The order was under $15.00 and was shipped using the eBay envelope.
The USPS tracking number says that the envelope was delivered.
The customer has contacted eBay yesterday (10/25) , and I am not sure what my next steps should be.
i appreciate any help or past similar experiences.

Upload the tracking info to the INR and you're fine

The ESUS system with the USPS and eBay is not scanned by the delivery person. It is machined scanned along the way between you and the buyer. The delivery scan is done before the delivery person actually
has the item. Scanned today, Most likely delivered Monday. Scanned yesterday, He should get it today or Monday.
Did he file an item not received claim with eBay?
Buyers that obsessively follow the tracking on an order
can cause sellers to go crazy.

If the tracking shows it was delivered then your good. Ebay will close the dispute in your favor and delete any negative feed back on the case. It happens quite a bit. just the other day I had one where the postal carrier delivered it to the wrong address. When this happens I simply message the buyer the tracking history to show it was delivered and that they need to contact their postoffice to resolve it because it is out of the sellers hands.

There is a delay as it showing scanned...usually the 'delivered' shows a day or two later.
Might want to think twice about adding the buyer to a block buyer list.
