Hi All,
I have just sold a reasonably expensive item (~AU$1000), and the buyer immediately requested a cancellation citing "ordered by mistake". Previously, I've accepted cancelled orders without giving it much thought, but I looked into this a little further, and found the post below stating that buyers cancelled sales still cost sellers fees.

Is this true?
Looking at the cancellation details, it shows that the refund value is approximately AU$100 less than the purchase price, and there are approx AU$150 in credited fees. Presumably, these credited fees mean that I won't have to pay that amount for future sales, but it also means that if I don't have future sales (which is possible, I'm not a regular seller) then I lose those fees unless this same item sells again some time in the future (which isn't guaranteed).
Have I understood this correctly?
