As already posted yes they will transfer over to the store Starter store Final value fees are the same as without a store but any items already listed at the time of opening the store for Basic store & above will not have a discounted Final value fee until they roll over the next time. Any New listings added after opening the store will qualify for the store FVF
Also make sure you read up on some of the little extra fee's charged to stores We pay a fee to schedule listings or to add a Buy it now to Auctions
You can no longer use your listing for Auctions in every category with a store you are limited to the categories that the Auctions are allowed in without charging you an insertion fee.
