Old defects

Has anyone had success with having ebay remove defects that are almost a year old?  You can't appeal them after 90 days, but if there's a workaround to a department that could help, I'm just a hair from getting to top rated status and having the two on my acct hanging on are keeping me from getting there before the holidays.  Thanks for any insight!

Thanks - I've been waiting this long, just thought there might be a way to get them removed a little early.  Oh well, patience must prevail!  They won't come off until January and February 2022 since they're in December 2020 and January 2021.
