Just got the new user agreement email. Oh no. When ever they want you to sign that, somethings up, and it's usually bad for us, and good for them. Anyone have the patience to read it and analyze it? I dont. I skim read it fast. Laughed when I saw the selling off ebay section. Especially when every item we buy has a business card inside the box. Got a feeling, bad things are a coming, very soon. What do you guys think?

I haven't even looked at it yet, but I'm sure the timing is no coincidence. It has the weasel words to the Seller Update in it. Someone should go over it though, because if there's something they're not telling us about the Update... or in addition to the Update... that's where it's hiding.

Yea Ted! I'm the kind of person who never clicks the seller dashboard either. Too busy for this childish baby **bleep**. Just keeps getting worse to the point, I tune out.

I looked at it, nothing jumped out at me. From previous versions (and I may not have read the last version), it seems clearer and more straight forward about your item may not appear in search always. I don't see anything to suggest that wouldn't apply to "product based" shopping as well.
They disclaim errors in their data and information, which still presumes the catalog too. The wording about you being responsible for the content of the listing seems to have changed, you're now responsible for the accuracy what is "displaying" in your listing (without regard to who put it there) - sounds like a bigger escape hatch for bad catalog information, product details, delivery estimates, etc...
Still a lot of stuff specific about PayPal, so I'd anticipate another revision before any of the new payment stuff rolls out.

Hum? Ted? do you like they are getting rid of pay pal? I love pay pal and think it's the only thing thta still works on this site.
