Offnova Thermal Label Printer - Problems with Chrome Extention

Is anyone using the offnova printer with chrome OS, USB (not Bluetooth)?  I'm using the "POS & Printer Label Manager" Extention from the Chrome Web Store.  It seems to contain malware.  Anyone using this software or another one?

I use a thermal printer, but not the same one you do.

Have you tried Googling the issue.  When I have problems with my printer, that is what I do.
