Offer Settings??

According to eBay I can change the automatic offer settings on the... well... offer settings page. But can I find the offer settings page? Of course not. I am sure it's staring me right in the face. Does anyone have a link?

Automatic offer settings are on the offer settings section of each listing, or if you click on the little arrow next to the listing on your Active Listings page you can select "Manage Offers" and control it from there.

You have to move the slide switch to accept offers in order to see the limits fields

Go to Seller Hub -> Marketing -> and you will see automated offers settings, you can create your own rules for offers

How do you remove listings in bulk. I can see how to one at a time. Also, how do you prevent new listings from having this feature attached. I'm so frustrated. I've been trying to figure out how to do it all night. The problem I'm have is that buyers buy at the discount. Then when I offer a coupon buy 3 plus get 30% off they want both, the automatic discount sent when they buy and they want the additional 30% off. Ouch!
