So just this only apply to black americana?
I see plenty of things that are offensive. For one these dolls! Yet they are still for sale.

It could. The white race. 😉

Ebay decides what is offensive and what isn't whatever criteria they use.

The white race was never depicted as slaves.

In the meantime, BA is doing great in B&M antique shops, and also shops that specifically sell Black Americana.
Antiques Roadshow is doing shows on this all month.

Just not so great here.

If I had an RV like the one on the package I would be offended.

Then perhaps the OP can find a local B&M antique shop to consign the items.

Define the "white race"? So the Irish and Scots transported to Barbados, Monserrat, the colonies under cromwell were not enslaved? The very word slave is derived from the Slavic people who were enslaved.

I do not agree to eBay's Offensive Material Policy, but I do agree to follow it. What I do not agree with is they should not allow all derogatory items for any race. I also do not agree that an item is offensive just because of race. I had 1 item removed and waiting for the next email for my other items to be removed.
For example what is wrong with these 2 cute children salt and pepper shakers playing patty cake?

I have a brick and mortar shop. I was hoping to sell on eBay for a faster sale than waiting on the "right" person to walk in. It's ok I was just frustrated that they pick and choose what is offensive. There is a lot of white trash, trailer trash, inbred, redneck items that would offend some people and not others. While the same can be said for black americana, some will be offended and others not.

More like what is mentally wrong with the person who complained? Same people call the police on the 4th of July and say fireworks are racist. Meanwhile freebay offers no fees on stolen basketball sneakers over $100 which were produced in chinese slave labor camps.

When you hear Trailer Trash what race do you think of?
This has absolutely nothing to do with slavery either. I am not talking about confederate flags, shackles, depiction of slaves, black men eating watermelon or picking cotton.
Also FYI European Christians were enslaved. Blacks also enslaved blacks.
What this is more about is the stereotypes that eBay finds offensive for one race but not the other.

I do find this doll offensive. That doesn’t mean that other offensive items should be allowed.
