Obscure product problem!

Anybody here remember the Superdry 'Wonder Wipe' towel?  I vaguely remember it advertised on TV several years ago. I acquired a pair of these, brand new in their containers. I can't find any info about them on google, amazon, ebay, etc.  Absolutely Nothing! 

Any suggestions out there on how to proceed on pricing? My kid thinks we should just auction them off, starting at $1 plus shipping and see what happens. I've got very little money tied in these. Any feedback or info would be really helpful!

If your items sell for only $1 you will be losing money.   EBAY selling fees are based on (purchase price + shipping costs + sales tax) plus 30 cent handling charge.

Forget about doing auctions...that works best for items that are in "high demand" (bidding wars).    If people "never heard of your item" (customer won't be "waiting to snap it up").    Better to just list as "buy it now" for price you want to get.

Yeah, I don't care for auctions myself, either as a buyer or seller. But, I have heard of this thing. Am really curious if anyone else has either. Probably should have included a picture earlier.
