Got an ebay message on this ID - "hi i'll be in demming next week do you still have the gulf sign in photo"

What - What? WHAT?

OK, Deming is the town 'next door' to us. OK, wants to come to the real store. OK. But how does he know about real store or we're near Deming?  And gulf sign? In photo? What photo? WHAT?

Ten minutes later after much discussion...

Oh yeah - the photo - on the ebay profile page, of the corner wall of tin signs in the real store. And we did mention the real store and the town name on the profile page. OK, now makes sense. He was looking at our profile page and pinned out the tiny - 1/32 of an inch at best - image of a gulf oil sign in the 1-1/4 by 1-3/4 inch photo on the profile page. OK, got it figured out.

Too bad the photo is fifteen years old and we don't have it anymore.

'next week' was three? weeks ago - did contact, still came for other gas station signs [28 others] and six gas station branded mugs, five gas station baseball promo glasses, two decks of Mobil gas playing cards  ... and $350 in LPs.

And about the dirt - The boss is a BIG softy - Met his dad a few times, sweet man, sharp to the end - HARD LIFE - ONLY because he had a needed skill - plumbing - he survived six years in the camps maintaining the ovens.

Boss also has an old tape answering machine with messages from his mom and dad, and one from his aunt calling for his birthday three days before passing at 105.

Not as long as you would think...2019 or 2020 I believe. I think there was an issue with sellers spamming their followers.

Gee, you think that would be an issue when you created the darn thing?
