Ok I asked this question before but its not the answer I need. When your listing below description, price, shipping, there was a button for ebay to promote your listing so it gets seen above those who don't use that feature. You have to pay a percentage of the sale. I can  not find it.

Scroll down.  It almost at the bottom of the page under "promoted listings".

Go to Listings, Active (click on tab Promoted Listing Eligible).    Promotions make sense when you are selling "exact same thing" as 100s of other sellers (otherwise...just a waste of money).

I am looking for the button you click when listing that you want ebay to put your item close to the top of other listings. You pay a percentage to ebay to them.
