Have you checked your email provider.
For example. I ran into a similar problem with gmail a couple of items over the years. I have my email dropped into Outlook as that is my preferred formation to view and organize my emails. I went a period of time where very little was coming through. In researching a problem it was a Google issue. I went to my account fixed a couple thing [I don't remember exactly what it was] then all the emails started coming through.
So check your provider. It sounds more like that is the issue and not Ebay.

I'd be worried about your account being compromised since you are not able to log on. It sounds like someone may have got a hold of your account , changed the email and your password. I'd log into ebay and see if the email has been changed.
I don't think so. If they reset their password w/ the assistance of Ebay and their email address is correct yet none of the emails are coming through. Which is why they did it 3 times. That doesn't at all sound like an Ebay problem but a problem with their email provider.
But thinking on that a little more, the OP never did tell us if they can see the emails in their My Messages or if Ebay can see them in their My Messages. That would be a good piece of info to have.
