On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

Are they going to your Spam folder.
I wouldn't depend on emails or notifications, I always check my Ebay account daily.

No, not in spam..............

I've had this issue a few times over the years. For me, I have my email provider drop my emails into Outlook. About once a year they must do some kind of update that screws everything up. If I go directly to my provider and look at my email they are sitting there in the junk/spam folder. I just mark them as not spam and everything starts popping again.
You can also look at your site preferences and just make sure nothing has changed there. If that isn't it either, you will likely need to contact Ebay and have them take a look.
I've seen this problem reports on the threads from time to time, but unfortunately I don't remember any of the OPs coming back and telling us what resolved their issue.
I hope this is fixed for you very soon.

The same thing always happens to me when I don't have any sales or payouts.

For some it isn't a joke, but a real problem.

Depends on your service provider... I noticed that I was getting a minimum of eBay emails, which is both good and bad. With 5500 listings I don't want an email every time I list something or a listing rolls over. But I want to see the messages from users, and my saved searches.
I wasn't seeing these in my spam filter so my ISP was filtering out big blocks of mail from eBay before it got to me. I was usually getting my messages from users, and suddenly I'm getting my saved searches. That's good by me!

You might want to check what preferences you set up. Look under Site Preferences > Account Preferences > Communication Preferences
you have set up.

My last "Your order is confirmed" email from eBay arrived on June 2, 2024. Since then other emails from ebay.com have arrived only for refunds, etc.. But when I purchase, the only email I receive is from PayPal. My communication preferences for buying have every notification type enabled.
Note that eBay updated their messaging system in June. That's unlikely to be a coincidence.
None of the replies here so far are solutions. The regular eBay help is a dead end, and we should not need to DM eBay for Business to solve a buyer problem.
Is anyone still getting email from eBay for each purchase? I realize it's unlikely any such person would have a reason to be looking at this thread, but if we could compare settings that might help.

You should really contact Ebay and have them take a peek at your account to see if they can spot an issue. It is unlikely your current issue has anything to do with what the Seller Update called the "new" messaging system as that system has actually been around for something like a couple years. In recent weeks they have improved it a bit.
I get all my emails, as a buyer and as as seller.
Actually you can try posting on the Technical Forum. There you post with issues, others chime in if they have like issues and the technical team is more likely to see your issues.
