No views...system glitch?

I have no views on some of my items. I mean from "My Selling", not the view counter.

But on one item, I have 0 views and 3 watchers, so something is def amiss.

Same here ... 0 views, not even the bots have indexed, some items with 0 views but have watchers. Maybe the hamsters who power the eBay servers are so busy reindexing the billions of items that are no longer TRS+, they have no energy left to show us the important data.

Having the same problem here. ZERO sales in about 3 weeks (though I am a small-time seller, I've NEVER gone a month without a single sale or I would have given up on eBay a long time ago!)... my view counts have been dashes off and on for weeks now.... I have had watchers on items with zero views, etc. Have called in to eBay a number of times, they say they are aware of the view count glitch, but it hasn't been rectified in weeks. Something is very different about eBay, at least in my experience, since April. Something has definitely been changed. So frustrated...

I just talked to eBay. They said there is a known glitch showing views and watchers incorrectly. They asked me to provide 3 item numbers so they can add it to the ticket which he said should be resolved soon. I suggest calling in

 This constant “technical difficulty” is inexcusable for a company that requires strict adherence to guidlines from it’s users, but for some reason doesn’t hold itself to the same standard of excellence. I guess that’s what happens when a company becomes too big for it’s britches. portraitlover - unquote 

You said it !  I don't really rely on viewership  to let me determine if something is going to sell or not ,, but its nice to see when potential  buyers are showing interest . You're right ,, e bay holds its sellers to a very high standard   and you'll never notice any gliches taking place when its time for them to collect  the seller fees from us . So e bay better  get with the program . Tulips

Yes, the views have been broken since the begining of the week. Glitch time again!!!

Same here. Have gone from 25+ sales per month to 1 so far in June. I also have more things listed this month than ever before. I'm extremely upset and frustrated.

My sales droped of a cliff and the site isn't working properly "no veiws" what am I paying fees for. When I type in search for an item to do research eg: "Sony sports" only a few things show up but when I punch "sony sports wm-f45" a hole bunch of stuff shows up and a tonne of unrelated items as well so there is definitly a problem with there search engine as well. So are the items that show up favored or is there something I'm missing, I've searched my own stuff and not have it show up what am I paying for?

Same problem for me. This issue started 9 days ago and I haven't sold a thing since nor have I received a question or offer on any items so something is definately wrong and we are the losers.
