No more call backs?!?!

Have that tracking number not added problem that's going around, if not fixed we would be only 'above standard' next month. So tried to get thru to ebay for call back and that option isn't there anymore. Clicked on every option, all have 'chat' only -  I don't want to type to no computer.

But also went to the 'Request to remove defects' page and it said we were top rated this month and would still be next. So once again the 'left twix' is saying different things then the right one.

I just had e-bay call me back on Thurs evening to assist with a situation, so if this is true, it certainly is a very recent change.  ??

So very sorry you are dealing with this today.  Appears it is a glitch that several are having. 

There are a Few days before the 20th.  I would keep trying to see if you can receive a call back or message e-Bay on facebook for assistance.

I put a report in through the Facebook page, and someone got back to me saying they were working on several other sellers with this issue and added me to the list.  Hopefully they'll fix it!

Have you tried the email support option. I did that a month or so ago on a none time sensitive issue and they responded in a couple of hours and I didn't have to wait around

Nobody take this wrong but I don't want to 'chat' with a computer - and typing is not chatting, it writing. And I'm an adult so I don't do facekindle or my place or tweety or snapcrap - I want to talk with a human who will respond in most likely broken english and be paid with the money I give ebay for the service they provide - and one of those services is TALKING TO ME!

You [ebay] can newspeak to kingdom come - typing is not chatting and no one has ever 'ordered' anything from me on ebay, they buy things and I sell it to them. Not ordered, sold.

EVERY week something else screws up on ebay - let's see .. got switched to MP mid month and ebay charged for the 150 'free' listings left after saying twice they won't - THREE DIFFERENT TIMES Ebay relisted different things that had been sold six to eight months earlier, and of course all sold and we were charged for 'out of stock' - I was getting the 'I am not a robot' nonsense after ever three, four page changes for three weeks.

OP update

You can still have ebay 'call you back' they just - in classic ebay fashion - changed something without mentioning it to the people who might need to know --- They MOVED the 'click on this and we will call you' link that was under the big 'contact us' to the 'chat with an ..' link [still under the big contact up] Click on that and find the 'contact an agent' link, click,  and then you get the call back one.

It's hit and miss.  Sometimes it is there.  I just got a call back but couldn't yesterday.
