No First Class Shipping Option on Mobile

Hello,

I've been trying to list new items on the eBay mobile app, but I'm not getting the first class shipping option. For 13 oz., I'm only given the option of USPS Priority mail (and all the others). I thought maybe it was the weight, so I changed it down to 8 oz., and it's still not popping up... I updated the eBay app & it's still not fixed. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you 🙂

It's a known issue and eBay says their working on it. So until it's fixed, you'll need to use a browser to purchase first class postage.

I posted same issue a few days ago.... Im having same problem in several categories sewing, linens,  etc. I did find on a couple that after completing listing that I could revise it to proper 1st class shipping.  The others I explained in my description and set flat shipping to appropriate (or as close as I can guess, since normally it calculates based on location.) shipping cost. Thank you for posting, hope they get it fixed soon!

Thank you! Yes, I noticed on my ended items that I could revise some of them and first class will still show up... other ones like "selling similar" may not work. It's hit & miss. Thank you for your feedback 🙂

Thank you! I noticed I could select First Class on my web browser, but when I went to post it from mobile, it went missing again. I wasn't aware other people are having the issue. Thanks for your reply 🙂

This was posted in February and does not appear to be fixed yet. I do all of my listings on my PC and then take the pictures with my phone and it is crazy that I have to go back to my computer to list the items that are going First Class.

Buy your labels on Pirateship. Same price as ebay for First Class to 15.9 oz & they have this weird thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This just happened to me again yesterday as well. Obviously the same glitch...  UGH.

Lol yes, but the issue on mobile is that you can't post it without choosing the shipping option and first class isn't an option... you have to pick priority, local pickup, or go back on desktop to select First Class. Some weird glitch as usual.

I found that you can save a listing as a draft on the app with everything but shipping.  Then go to a web browser and complete the draft by adding first class shipping and list it. That’s the fastest way right now for me.
