New shipping UI

Does anyone else have this new shipping UI? it randomly opted me into this new UI.
What is the “payment policy” option, and the “shipping policy”?
When I click under “shipping policy” It shows me the different calculated options, but I don't know why they say (free) in them.
I also don't know what the ( listing) indication is at the end of each line, I'm assuming these are suggested for some of my listings? at least I'm assuming there's suggestions because I don't have flat rate on any of my listings.
Is there a way I can revert back to the old UI and not have to deal with this payment and shipping policy thing?

Your screens look like mine, but I work with it.

Payment policy = Managed Payments/Shipping options = Available choices/Free = Something I don't tick.

Have you tried to start from 'Sell similar'? It might pick up on your old setup... mine does. Good luck.

The new listing UI is new and i used the old shipping like last year or so. But the new shipping UI takes some time to learn again and use it for multitude of shipping policy's.

I found the opt out button.

 Account settings> business policies> opt out
