Just got dumped in to the new shipping label layout page ... so, can we opt out of this or are we stuck with this change too ... its not all on one screen for display so it means more scrolling ...
Page designs with more scrolling seems to be a repeating theme ... is this something they're teaching in IT Design school perhaps?

I have a MAJOR issue with the new layout.
Here's an example. I sold a widget this morning, and I have 2 day handling. On my sold section the ebay note says "ship by Thursday" which is correct.
On the new label layout it says my buyer "expects this item by Saturday AND most alarmingly, is showing the "assumed shipping date" as today.
Shouldn't it be smart enough to figure out if it sold today and I have 2 days handling the "assumed" ship date should be Thursday?
The new format has NO idea what the Buyer "expects" because eBay didn't ask them. I saw that "assumed" verbiage too ... I think that is all part of their Garaunteed Delivery thing (which I thought was a bad idea too) ...

It looks like the % displayed on the New format for the Priority Mail package may be a type-o since the actual amount being charged is the same but the % is off by 1 compared to the Classic layout. This was for a 2 Lbs Zone 4 package.

Thanks for providing the example. That's the Commercial Plus rate, so apparently this glitch has been addressed. The actual percentage is 17.94% so perhaps the new view is just truncating rather than rounding.

Even if you have 2 day handling, if you generally ship sooner, it may be that eBay is using your historical data to provide an estimated delivery date.

Okay, here's my next complaint about the New vs Old label printing formats ... they waste more space and provide less info ... I like seeing the Counter price the old format shows, the new format does NOT show that. They certainly have enough room for it ... errrnt!

Just another update on the new, ridiculous, space wasting, less informative label printing format pages (yes "PAGES" plural because its 2 scrolls to see the whole thing). eBay Buyers will suffer from this because it no longer shows the counter price Buyers would pay if the postage winds up being less then they originally paid. I will often Refund the difference if it is large enough ... like listing with 8 oz but it only weighs 4 when packed. The old format would update and show the Counter price so I would know how much I want to Refund the Buyer. The new format does NOT show updated counter prices when a price is changed ... it only shows the Seller's cost after their discount. Below is a ccreen shot of my entire screen ... I have to scroll twice to see the new label format priting page(s) and the updated Counter price if I change the weight is NOWHERE to be found ... period.

So this evening when I went to print a shipping label and switched to the Classic view it refused to show the postage cost and thus would NOT complete the process ... was forced to use the new (and NOT) improved Label Pritning page ...
So how come they don't listen to everyone who gave their feedback to get rid of the new format????

So here's a new twist:
1. 9/27/18 : today, sold and item with 1 Day Handling so ship date should be tomorrow the 28th
2. The New and Improved (errrrnt!) label printing page states to ship by the 29th for delivery 10-2 ... forget the delivery time frame, their suggestion to ship a day later then my handling time would equate to a shipping defect
3. Pic below

@bocaboca2010 Yes, its pretty bad, it is not going to be good once its the only format available. To change from a layout that is ll on one page with MORE information to that abomination is simply ridiculous. I give them credit when it is deserved (never hesitate) but some of the changes they make and then insult Sellers with phrases like we are improving your experience blah blah blah is just juvenile pure and simple.
Am I being cynical and critical? Yes ... I ... am and justifiably so.

As per previous experience with eBay - I just submitted to their wishes.
It is only frustrating and futile to resist.
I am now printing 2 on a page when I used to print 4; 2 on front, 2 on back of paper.
I have all paper leftover (WASTED) when labels are trimmed in a pile.
The pile from the new improved label is 3.4 oz.
The pile from old label fits in a china teacup. A china teacup not even full.
To be completely fair (who? me?) 😄 I made no effort to keep count of how many labels created each stack but it was and is immediately clear.
Of course the new improved label scraps are very useful as note paper and random notes taped to things around the house. BUT there are limits to how many notes and labels a person needs!
I am trying to be conscience of wastage in all areas of my life; paper, water, food, electricity, and my own strength.
Maybe I can sell a stack of paper scraps on eBay?

This new improved page is so cumbersome, click, scroll, click. Just keep it all on one page, simple.
Less is more.
