Ebay is an excellent platform to make extra cash. However, sometimes I wonder who is responsible for making new rules that unfairly penalize ebay sellers. I will lose my Top Rated status because most of my sales have not been scanned on time by the USPS. Forget the fact that 80% of my sales have been received by the USPS and shipped out THE SAME DAY, and that the others were sales made after USPS closes in the evening or were made on non-business days. Even then, I get the sale ready for shipping within a few hours. We cannot control the post office and make them scan anything. We can ASK THE CARRIER TO SCAN ITEMS AS WE GIVE IT TO THEM, BUT THAT IS ALL THAT WE CAN DO. I am not about to go stand in line multiple times a day at the post office! I deliver many of my sales to the post office lobby and put it in the secure wall door for parcels. No one at ebay thought this new rule through.
